Professional Learning

At Stalham High, we greatly value the professional development of our staff.

We provide a combination of internal CPD sessions and training; the opportunity for colleagues to study NPQ courses; a comprehensive ECT support package - including collaborations across the Synergy Trust, and capacity for new entrants to the teaching profession to gain QTS whilst working with us and our partners at the Julian Teaching School Hub.
